When you write to us: your name, email address and the content of your message.

When you place an order: the information needed to perform the service (identity of participants, contact details) and billing data. Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., which collects your payment data on its own behalf. JACKIE & FRIENDS has no access to your full card details.

The site sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies. [To be updated if an analytics tool is added.]

Answering your requests (legitimate interest).

Performing the services ordered, including purchases and reservations made in your name (performance of a contract).

Meeting our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

Contact requests with no follow-up: 3 years from the last exchange.

Client data: for the duration of the relationship, then 3 years for prospecting purposes unless you object.

Accounting records: 10 years, in accordance with article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code.

Your data is intended for JACKIE & FRIENDS and, strictly as needed, for our processors (hosting: Vercel; payment: Stripe; email: [email provider]) and for the sellers, ticketing platforms and providers with whom a purchase or reservation is made in your name.

Some processors are located outside the European Union. Transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the Data Privacy Framework.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to set instructions regarding your data after your death.
